ITINERARY KAYAKOY
We pick you up from your hotel at 10.00 and drive to Kayakoy. We meet with our chef, Hilal. Aftera welcome drinks and introducing ourselves, we start our workshop.We do ''mezes'' today
We start with stuffed wine leaves , then Haydari, Garlic Patatoes, Humus and Kuskus.
It takes about 2,5 hours and then after cooking we serve the food we prepared.
We offer a glass of wine and try our meals.
We make package box the food we cooked for you
Around 14.00 we drive back to your hotel and drop you back.
ITINERARY PINARA
Today we meet you at your hotel at 9.30 and we go to market for shopping. We visit local bazaar and get some ingredients for our workshop.
We drive 1 hour in a very cozy village called Minara and start our cooking class.
Our chef Nuray is a local lady who has her own farm and kitchen in village. She teachs us how to make a soup, vegeterian local meal, and a desert.
She also prepares us some more local cuisines and after we cook our dutys we will try all of them.
Cooking class in Pinara Fethiye is one of the best activity tolearn Turkish and Fethiye's food culture and local meals.
We drive you back after class and drop you your hotel.
I booked this experience for a friend's birthday. The communication with Fatih was excellent, he was very helpful and available through all the process. My friend really enjoyed this unique experience, here is her comment about it: I highly recommend this great experience! The owners are very welcoming and their place is lovely. We cooked outside under a vine roof. We learned how to make different mezze, including stuffed vine leaves! At the end of the class we ate what we made for lunch, and we were able to take our leftovers home with us. The organizer picked us up and drove us home. I would like to thank him, the chef and my friends who offered me this class for this special day!

The experience got off to a great start with easy communication with Fatih. On the day he picked me up from my hotel for a short drive to the beautiful Incir restaurant, owned and operated by wife & husband duo Hilal & Serkan. Hilal (the chef) made me feel instantly welcome (and the coffee was excellent!). The teaching kitchen was perfect; picture yourself outside in a beautifully idyllic countryside, shaded by grape vines and cooled by a wonderful breeze. There we cooked some amazing authentic Anatolian mezzes, enhanced with a few twists created by Hilal herself. Once the cooking class was done it was time to eat! Serkan joined us for the best meal I’ve had this entire trip (thanks to a great teacher), which was paired with delightful local wines and great conversation. Once the meal was over Hilal packed up the leftovers for me (which were plentiful) and Fatih drove me back to my hotel. On the way he was very generous with his local knowledge and ideas of what else to do on my holiday. I took both his advice and the leftovers and had what was possible the most spectacular picnic of my life, overlooking Ölüdeniz beach from the Lykia Yolu! If you love good food, good places and good people book this experience and you will not be disappointed. Thank you Fatih!
