1. After you send us your holiday request by email we will prepare a proposal for you.
We will propose various accommodation options to choose from.
2. After confirming the program by correspondence, we will send you a booking confirmation voucher and contract as itinerary.
3. To confirm the booking please make a prepayment of:
40% per person for package tours;
Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card from the secure link we can send you by email.
4. After receiving your completed booking form and prepayment we make the necessary reservations.
5. As soon as the reservations are made we confirm your booking by sending you our booking confirmation by email. You can start your travel preparations. We are always on the duty for any kind questions and help via mail or whatsupp
